As a national high-tech and specialized enterprise, Guilin Huayi Peakmeter Technology Co., Ltd runs a fully integrated manufacturing system for electronic test instruments. Located in Guilin, our 12,000 m² modern production base covers dust-free assembly, mold development, injection molding and silk printing workshops, realizing full in-house production from molds to finished goods. Our silk print workshop is staffed with 11 skilled workers and equipped with five four-color pad printers and six flat screen printers. It handles multi-color and large-area printing on plastic, metal, silicone and other materials. We adopt eco-friendly halogen-free ink compliant with EU standards, featuring high gloss, strong adhesion and excellent resistance to alcohol, abrasion and high temperature. Spanning 2,500 m², our injection molding area includes dedicated workshops for lenses, dual-color and precision molding. Fitted with servo 5-axis manipulators for automated operation, it houses 11 Haitian and 3 Chen Hsong injection machines ranging from 90 to 470 tons, plus two exclusive two-color injection machines in the local area. We produce plastic casings for measuring instruments, medical devices, auto parts and more. Supported by a 20-year experienced technical team and university joint laboratories, we integrate R&D and advanced manufacturing to drive innovation. With over 100 product lines including multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, EVSE adaptors and PV testing tools, we deliver large-batch standardized production as well as flexible OEM and ODM customized services.
