Q1. What is your terms of payment?
A1: We accept T/T, L/C, Trade Assurance, Western Union etc.

A5: Yes, you can require samples after we confirmed the price
and all the specifications. If it is a customized product, we
will need a few days to get samples ready to delivery.

solve all your after-sales problems. We also have engineers to

A7: We will provide professional OEM/ODM service according with
specifically designed and manufactured for customers specific
market application, such as customized housing color, silk-print
logo and personalized packaged etc.
Q8. Do all your products have CE or FCC certificate?
A8: Most of our products have been certified by CE, RoHS, REACH
or UL, FCC, ETL. However, different market requires different
standard requirements. Please tell our sales representative
which certificate you need. For some certificates we do not
currently own, we are happy to help to apply.
Q9. Can I change the package?
A9: Sure, you can change product package in color box or blister,
inner box and outer carton.
Q10. I have a specific need of a product which doesn't exist on
the market, I know I can sell it very well, can you develop it?
A10: We love that! we have so many successful independent
